Group RRSP

A Group RRSP is a plan (consisting of individual RRSPs for each member) offered by an employer.

Its main feature is that individual RRSPs are capitalized through payroll deductions and each employee decides on the amount to invest and the type of investment they want to use. In some cases, the employer adds an amount to the employee’s RRSP.
